Income Disclosure Statement
In an effort to go beyond what is legally required, The Hail Network has developed this Income Disclosure Statement (“IDS”). The Hail Network IDS is designed to fully explain the income opportunity in a truthful and comprehensive manner. Since The Hail Network Affiliate Network is new and, as such, has no history of affiliate earnings to use as a guide, we cannot make any claims as to what an affiliate may earn or what existing affiliates are earning. In the first quarter of each year, we will post detailed income data for the previous year. The first posting will take place in 2022 for income data available from 2021.
In the meantime, potential affiliates can utilize the Hypothetical Income Calculator that we have developed to estimate what the POTENTIAL INCOME could be based on a variety of assumptions. These are hypothetical figures and are not derived from any existing income data. They are based solely on the information inputted by the user. Certain assumptions are made regarding the:
- Number of affiliates sponsored
- Number of affiliates in a Personal Affiliate Network (downline)
- Average sale amount from a referral
- Referral commission paid on each level
- Average number of referrals made by an affiliate in the Personal Affiliate Network
- Number of direct referrals made by an affiliate
- The percentage of participating affiliates in a Personal Affiliate Network.
Using these assumptions to calculate a potential income stream DOES NOT constitute an income claim, on behalf of The Hail Network, that a potential affiliate should rely upon.
We do not permit any affiliate to make unsubstantiated income claims, which may include, but are not limited to: (1) statements of average earnings, (2) statements of non-average earnings, (3) statements of earnings ranges, (4) income testimonials, (5) lifestyle claims, and (6) hypothetical income claims.
A lifestyle claim may include statements or pictures of luxury cars, large homes, exotic vacations, expensive jewelry or other items depicting wealth.
The only income claims an affiliate may make are those specifically outlined in the IDS. When making any such claim, the prospective affiliate shall be directed to www.thehailnetwork.com/IDS where the IDS is available for review and can be printed or downloaded without charge.
